What Color Health Offers
Personalized Cancer Screening Plan
In just 5–10 minutes, complete a short online health questionnaire and receive a customized cancer screening plan based on your age, risk factors, and medical history.
Your plan may include:
- What screenings you need
- When you should get them
- Recommendations for follow‑up care
- Guidance for any abnormal results
Color also helps you understand your results and decide what to do next.
At‑Home Screening Kits
Color offers convenient at‑home kits for select cancer screenings:
- Cervical cancer (urine test for HPV)
- Colorectal cancer (stool test for blood)
- Genetic testing for individuals at higher inherited risk (saliva sample)
- Prostate cancer screening (blood sample for PSA levels)
All at‑home kits are provided at no cost and include clear instructions and support.
Help Scheduling In‑Person Screenings
If your screening plan includes in‑person tests, Color will:
- Locate in‑network providers
- Make appointments on your behalf
- Help coordinate follow‑up care

Who is Eligible for Color Health
You are eligible if you are:
- An MTM employee enrolled in a UMR medical plan, or
